RWB Billy Hudson
District Deputy Grand Master
Brethren,
I would like to take this opportunity to address you all as the newly appointed District Deputy of the 29th Masonic District. Many of you know me as a Past Master of Murrells Inlet 368, and I am keenly aware of the legacy and high standards set by those who came before me. I recognize that I have some big shoes to fill, and I sincerely hope to have the support of each of you as we work together to make our district the best in the state.
Freemasonry has become an important part of my life, and I never imagined that I would be asked to serve the Grand Lodge as a District Deputy. The values instilled in me from a young age taught me that when you begin something, you see it through and always give your best effort. It is this mindset that has led me to this position, and I am honored to serve
you in this capacity.
I encourage all the Lodges in our district to strive for excellence. We have all taken the same obligation and uphold the same book of codes and constitutions. By faithfully using the tools and adhering to the rules of our craft, there is no reason we cannot become the leading district. Achieving this will not only elevate our district but also help each of us grow as better Men and Masons.
Brothers, I am committed to leading us to greater heights. If we unite our efforts and bring our lost brothers back into our Lodges, I believe we can achieve our goals with ease.
Looking Ahead I am eager to visit every Lodge in the District and to share in the spirit of Brotherly love that defines us as Masons.
Fraternally,
RW Billy R. Hudson
