Statement from the President:

The Childhood Language Disorder Centers seek to meet the needs young children suffering from language disorders, whether verbal or auditory. The development of the Charleston Facility is described at the end of this directory and provides the reason and motivation for this book. Those listed as Friends of the Foundation are annual contributors from our area. We you to join us in making an annual contribution to help this worthy endeavor. It is imperative that children with communication disorders are identified at an early age. Research indicates that children who receive early intervention with a sound program tailored to their needs, as provided by the Childhood Language Disorder Center, can overcome their challenges and successfully function within our society. These services are provided to the child at no expense to the family. The Centers are supported by Scottish Riteasons and donations from the general population. All donations are always welcome and greatly.
